Thank you for shopping with Five Daughters Crochet. Every item in our shop is handmade with care and we truly appreciate your support of our small, mom-owned business. Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Ready to Ship Items All ready to ship purchases are final sale. Please review product photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about a product before buying, don’t hesitate to reach out before placing your order.

Custom Orders Custom orders are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances. All custom order details, colours, and specifications are confirmed with you before production begins, so please ensure all details are correct at the time of approval.

Exceptions We understand that exceptional circumstances do occur. If your item arrives damaged or there is an error on our end, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will do our best to make it right. Any exceptions are handled at the sole discretion of Five Daughters Crochet.

Canadian & US Orders We ship across Canada and the United States. For US orders, please be aware that customs or border fees may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
